Step By Step guide to install Veritas Backup Exec licenses

ဒီနေ့မှာတော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ Veritas Backup Exec မှာ License ဘယ်လို ထည့်ရမလဲဆိုတာ ပြောပြပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီ article ရဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကတော့ ပုံမှန် License တွေ update လုပ်တဲ့အခါ Error မတက်ပေမဲ့ BackupExec Version နဲ့ License Version မတူတဲ့အခါမျိုးမှာ License Key ထည့်မရတာမျိုးဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ အဲ့အချိန်ကျရင် ဘယ်လိုမျိုးထည့်ရမလဲဆိုတာ ပြောပြပေးသွားမှာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

1. Delete Old License Directory

2. Download License Key

3. Install License

4. Review License

Delete Old License Directory.

Download License Key.

အရင်ဆုံး ကျွန်တော်တို့က Licenses Folder ကို Directory မှာ ရှာပြီးဖျက်ပေးရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဖျက်ပြီးသွားရင် အောက်က Step တွေအတိုင်း တစ်ဆင့်ချင်းလုပ်သွားရုံပါပဲ။

License Key ကိုလဲ Portal ကနေ Generate & Download လုပ်ထားပေးဖို့လဲလိုပါတယ်။

Install License Key

A) Go To Backup Exec --> Installation and Licensing

B) Select --> Install Features and Licenses on this Backup Exec Server.

C) Installing Licenses using .SFL files (Offline Installation):

•Click Import License File.

•Select the .SLF file and click Open.

•Click Next.

•Select a Backup Exec edition license to install and click Next.

•Select required features to install and click Next.

•Select the additional languages to be installed and click Next.

•Review install summary and click Install.

•Click Yes to close Backup Exec console and continue installation.

•Installation progress will be displayed.

•Click Finish.

Reviewing License information:

A) Go To Backup Exec --> Installation and Licensing

B) Select License Information

C) License Information page is displays:

ဒါဆိုရင် License Key ထည့်တာ Success ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
